|Bracers of regeneration ( ~ )|
Bracers of regeneration are bracers that regenerate 1 HP per turn when equipped.
As bracers of regeneration are made from iron, they are vulnerable to fire, acid and rusting. While they are always created with stats of [+0, +0]. they can be smithed and/or enhanced via scrolls.
They're the only bracers that weigh 18s in the game, making identification trivial.
Note that in v. 1.1.1 and earlier versions, items with a regenerative effect also work when equipped in the missile slot or wielded in either hand — allowing for quite overpowered healing between fights.
They are highly desirable for any character lacking a means of effective self-healing (spells or large stocks of blessed healing herbs). Even for characters that can heal themselves, an additional source of passive regeneration is always welcome. Useless for Mist Elves who lack the immune to pain talent.
