Chaos spider is a type of monster in ADOM. They are much stronger than regular spiders, from which they may be created if a regular spider becomes inflicted with too much corruption. Their attacks corrupt, and like regular spiders they spin webs.

Corpse effects
As with all spiders, eating chaos spider flesh causes PCs other than Dark Elves to vomit and (possibly) become poisoned. Eating it also corrupts.
Monster memory
This eight-legged horror is hard to glance at. Its chitin-covered body seems to bulge, move and change continuously and its six eyes are filled with an alien intelligence. Its mandibles seem to be covered in a purple shimmer. They reek of corruption.
