Extra eyes is one of the 35 possible corruptions that can be inflicted on the PC. It trades Appearance for Perception.

Appearance and Perception are regarded as some of the least important attributes. Appearance increases corruption tolerance, and Perception increases the radius of visibility. PCs with extra eyes appear to recover from being blinded by traps very quickly or instantly.
