Ghost bat is a type of monster in ADOM. They are notable for their melee attack which ages the PC by a few years upon damaging hits. They are not as strong as the other ghosts, and do not usually pose too much threat to even short-lived races like Orcs or Trolls as long they kill the bats quickly.
As incorporeal beings ghost bats can also pass through solid walls, resist Telekinetic Blasts and float over floor traps. Unlike other ghosts, ghost bats don't mind flying over water tiles.

Suspected to be the unsettled spirit of any number of small animals, the form varies, but always seems to resemble a flying mammal. Small and wispy, it has enough substance to drain some life force from its opponents.
