Shadow centipede is a monster in ADOM. They are somewhat uncommon creatures, but may be spawned in low-DL areas.
Shadow centipedes are able to drain Strength with their attacks, but this is unlikely to be observed due to very low damage. They also feature almost non-existent HP values, which allows them to be killed with great ease.
Shadows are vulnerable to undead slaying melee and missile weapons and receive 1.5x damage from blessed items.

Bits of the exoskeleton are missing or hanging off, and miscellaneous guts are either spilling or have been spilt out of it. It makes you wonder who in their right mind would think of making such an utterly horrid creature as this.
