Heavy boots are one of the basic type of boots in ADOM. They have base stats of [-1, +1], although variations from this are common.
Desirability[]
One point of PV is quite valuable in the early game, so if you have no armor-granting boots, wear these immediately when you find them. The -1 to DV is easily stomached.
