Potions of potential mana are Potions that, when drunk, raise the players maximum Mana.
Typically a blessed potion will raise the maximum by 3, an uncursed potion by 1, and a cursed potion will lower it by one.
Like potions of raw mana, they cannot be used to charge wands. Attempting to do so will waste the potion.
Desirability
They are somewhat useful to spellcasters.
