Potions of troll blood are Potions that, when drunk, increase the players natural healing rate. Drinking cursed potions slows natural regeneration. Unfortunately, trolls cannot benefit from the effects of these.
Desirability
Natural HP regeneration has less of an effect than the Healing skill or especially regenerating items. But then, there is no harm done in drinking this potion - every little bit can help.

They can be obtained in the same manner as all generic loot.
