Scrolls of amnesia are scrolls that, when read, make the player forget parts of the current map, as well as the identity of some of their items. A cursed scroll will cause the player to forget the entire map of the current level, and will cause all items to be unidentified. This scroll is the prime reason why it can be hazardous to read unidentified scrolls.
The scroll can be given to boss monster Andra in return for a knife of might.
