Wands of fire are wands that, when "z"apped, fire a beam of fire in any of the eight directions.
They can be zapped at the player, also. This will make them take significant damage unless they have intrinsic fire resistance or immunity, and cause item destruction on top of that.
This wand has a range of 16/8/6 for B/U/C respectively. Additional 1 range is added for each 5 character levels.

As any offensive spell wand, these can be used to kill enemies that are otherwise resistant to your weapons or other spells, and save lives in this manner.

They can be obtained in the same manner as all generic loot. It's also given to Wizards with Heir talent.
