Wands of stunning will, when "z"apped, allow the player to fire a bouncing beam in any of the eight directions that will stun any monsters it hits. Non-immune, non-magic-resistant monsters have around a 50% chance to resist being stunned on each bounce.
They can be zapped at the player, also. This will stun them unless they have intrinsic stun resistance.
This wand has a range of 8/4/2 for B/U/C respectively. Additional 1 range is added for each 5 character levels.
They can be useful against tough monsters, many of which are not resistant to stunning, although they may shrug off the bolt.
They can be generated in the same manner as all generic loot.
